Welcome all fiberartists and others who just find fibers fantastic!

I am a fiberartist with a degree in fine arts. I work in two and three dimensions creating art quilts and sculptures with hand dyed fabrics and yarn. Each piece is quilted, hand appliqued, beaded and embellished. I have a home - based business creating and making hooked rugs, wearable art and quilted art pieces. The name of my business is "The Flying Sheep".

I live on a mini-farm in the quiet corner of Connecticut. We currently have 9 sheep, Lincolns, 8 females which are all currently pregnant and one ram. Lucky ram. We will have lambs in early May.
